The foundation of your home is laid in the base stage, which prepares your block of land for construction. This includes levelling, excavation, and the installation of subsurface connections for plumbing, electrical, and drainage systems. The base stage is finished once the concrete slab is completed.

The frame stage, which follows your floor plan, is all about building the skeleton of your home. The walls, roof trusses, window and door frames, and roof trusses are all marked and built first. The customer can choose between a wood or steel frame. Once a qualified building surveyor has approved the frame, it is completed.

The basic timber work frame for roof slating will be erected at this point. Roof timber, hardware, fascia, and structural beams are all included.
